AlexMurphy the files are definitely there I figured it would be a path issue. It's weird that it only affects mame. It seems to affect every rom though saying every file is missing. Every other emulator works fine. I found the problem. I re-read the wiki page on network shares and must have missed the part about making sure the roms are not marked read only.
