I really enjoyed studying my degree, right from foundation health year learning about anatomy and physiology and biological systems. The second half of my final year involved 20 weeks of professional placement, where I then put all the theoretical knowledge I learned over the four years at Griffith into practice. I saw a wide variety of cases in different healthcare settings, which made the transition into my new graduate position a little less daunting.
